Rembrr allows you to create complete boards using only your voice. This feature makes it easy to organize projects, categories, or activities without needing to type. Just say what type of board you want and the assistant will generate it automatically, with name, structure, and initial suggested options.
It is the feature that allows you to generate a new board (tasks, events, or mixed) by speaking directly to the assistant.
Rembrr interprets your intention and creates:
The board name
The category
The type of content (tasks / events / combined)
Optionally, the first tasks or activities if you mention them
You can create any type of board available in Rembrr:
Task boards
“Create a board for my work activities.”
Event boards
“Create a board for my meetings this week.”
Combined boards
“Create a board to organize my move.”
Personal boards
“Create a board for my personal goals.”
Professional boards
“New board for clients.”
Thematic boards
“Create a fitness board.”
“Create a study board.”
Step 1:
Open the main assistant screen in the app.
Step 2:
Tap the microphone (quick commands) or the voice waves button (conversation mode).
Step 3:
Say an instruction like:
“Create a board called Design Projects.”
“New board to plan my trips.”
“Create a work board with today’s tasks.”
Step 4:
Rembrr will display the created board card.
If you provided more details, it will automatically add the first tasks or events.
Step 5:
Confirm and start using your board.
Create board with name
“Rembrr, create a board called University.”
Create board + initial content
“Create a board for my trip to Medellín and add task: buy tickets.”
Create structured board
“Create a board for my projects and add an ideas section.”
Create quick board
“New personal board.”
The AI assistant analyzes:
The board name
The topic or category
The tasks you mention
The events you mention
Your usage history (for context)
Say the board name from the beginning
If you want initial content, mention it in the same sentence
Use the voice waves button for long instructions
Make sure you are in a low-noise environment
Rembrr processes your voice only to:
Convert it into text
Interpret your intention
Create your board
Your audio is not stored permanently, is not shared, and is not used to train external models.
