In addition to creating tasks, events, and boards, Rembrr includes other useful features that you can activate using your voice. These actions complement your experience with the assistant and allow you to access different sections, perform searches, get help, or navigate within the app without needing to touch the screen.

1. What are “other features” by voice?

They are additional actions that you can execute in Rembrr by speaking directly to the assistant, beyond creating content.
They allow you to:

  • Navigate within the app

  • Search for information

  • Open sections

  • Check settings

  • Receive contextual help

  • Open or close panels

  • View quick daily information

2. What are these features for?

These features allow you to use Rembrr completely hands-free. You can:

Open internal sections

“Open the suggestions board.”
“Show my tasks for today.”
“Open alerts.”

Search within the app

“Find my meetings board.”
“Find my tasks for this month.”

Get quick help

“What can I do here?”
“Show me how to create a board.”
“I need help with notifications.”

View contextual information

“What do I have pending today?”
“What is my next event?”
“What does the assistant recommend today?”

System actions

“Close assistant.”
“Go back.”
“Open settings.”

How to use these features

Step 1:
Tap the voice waves button to activate conversation mode (ideal for complex instructions).

Step 2:
Speak normally and give the command you need.

Step 3:
Rembrr will interpret your instruction and execute the action immediately or show a confirmation when necessary.

Step 4:
Continue interacting by voice or close conversation mode whenever you prefer.

5. Tips to make the most of these features

  • Use short but clear phrases for navigation.

  • For long or contextual instructions, activate the voice waves button.

  • If you don’t remember a command, ask the assistant for help.

  • Help features also work by voice: “What can I do here?” “What can I do here?”

6. Privacy and data handling

As with all voice features:

  • Your audio is processed only to convert it into text.
  • It is not stored permanently.
  • It is not shared with unauthorized third parties.
  • It is not used for advertising or external training.
