In REMBRR INC.<\/strong>, We respect your privacy and comply with all applicable privacy laws in the United States and other jurisdictions where we operate, including users' right to request the deletion of their personal data. We also follow international standards such as the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable.<\/p>

How to request the deletion of your data<\/strong>

Include in your request<\/strong>
Your full name
The email address associated with your account
User ID (if applicable)<\/p>

Term and confirmation<\/strong>
We will process your request in a maximum of 30 calendar days. If necessary and permitted by law, this period may be extended up to 45 days, with prior notification.
Upon completion of the process, you will receive written confirmation of the deletion or, as the case may be, of the legal reasons justifying partial retention.<\/p>

Notification to Vendors and Partners<\/strong>
In applicable cases, we will instruct our vendors and partners (including Meta Ads, AppsFlyer, and others) to delete shared data, to the extent technically and legally possible.<\/p>

We may retain limited data when strictly necessary for:
