1. Compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

This policy describes how REMBRR INC.<\/strong> access, use, store, and protect user data obtained through integrations with Google services using OAuth 2.0<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The text published in https:\/\/rembrr.com\/politica-de-datos-google-api\/<\/a> is exactly the same as the one shown on the OAuth consent screen.<\/p>\n

REMBRR fully complies with:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Google API Services User Data Policy
\u2022 Google Workspace Developer Policy
\u2022 OAuth Verification Requirements
\u2022 Brand Verification Requirements<\/p>\n

Required for integrations with Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, and other authorized Google Workspace services<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

2. Accessed Data<\/strong><\/p>\n

With the user's explicit consent, REMBRR INC.<\/strong> can request the minimum required OAuth 2.0 scopes<\/strong> to provide synchronization and productivity functions between the user's Google account and the REMBRR platform.<\/p>\n

The data categories accessed are strictly limited to:<\/p>\n

Basic Profile
<\/strong>Name, email address, and profile picture.<\/p>\n

This data is used solely for authentication and secure session management.<\/p>\n

Google Drive
<\/strong>Allows viewing, creating, and updating files and metadata only within the REMBRR workspace that the user chooses to link.<\/p>\n

Google Calendar
<\/strong>Allows reading and creating calendar sync events within the platform.<\/p>\n

Gmail (metadata only)
<\/strong>Only limited metadata can be accessed, such as:<\/p>\n

sender
recipient
subject
\u2022 message date or time<\/p>\n

These metadata are used exclusively for User-requested notifications or automations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

REMBRR never reads, stores, or analyzes the content of messages or attachments<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Google Contacts (metadata only)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Name, email address, and phone number can only be accessed when the user decides to sync their contacts with REMBRR.<\/p>\n

These data are used exclusively to facilitate User-requested communications or synchronizations within the platform<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Google Tasks \/ Google Keep (metadata only)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Can be accessed Task or note titles or timestamps<\/strong> when the user decides to integrate these functions.<\/p>\n

REMBRR does not access, store, or analyze No other Google user data apart from that described above<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

3. Data Usage<\/strong><\/p>\n

Data obtained through Google integrations are used solely for:<\/p>\n

\u2022 authenticate the user and manage secure sessions
\u2022 synchronize Drive files, Calendar events, tasks, or notes within the user's workspace
\u2022 enable features explicitly requested by the user within the platform
\u2022 maintain service stability, integrity, and reliability<\/p>\n

The data obtained from Google APIs never used for<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

personalized advertising
Behavioral profiling
sale or resale of information
data mining for commercial purposes<\/p>\n

4. Use of information obtained through Google OAuth<\/strong><\/p>\n

The information obtained through the services of Google Authentication and Authorization (Google OAuth)<\/strong> is used exclusively to allow the proper functioning of the functionalities available within the REMBRR platform.<\/p>\n

Access to this information occurs only when the user explicitly authorizes integration during the authentication process<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Depending on the functions used within the app, REMBRR can access:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Basic Google profile information
\u2022 limited email metadata
\u2022 Contact metadata
Calendar metadata or files<\/p>\n

REMBRR does not access information other than that which the user explicitly authorizes during the OAuth consent process<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

5. Data Sharing<\/strong><\/p>\n

REMBRR does not share Google user data with third parties, except in the following limited circumstances:<\/p>\n

Infrastructure or authentication providers<\/strong><\/p>\n

Data may be processed by technology service providers who support the secure operation of the platform (e.g., cloud infrastructure or authentication services).<\/p>\n

These providers are subject to Strict confidentiality and data protection agreements<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Legal compliance<\/strong><\/p>\n

The information may be disclosed when required by:<\/p>\n

a court order
\u2022 an applicable legal obligation
\u2022 valid regulatory requirements<\/p>\n

All data processing is carried out in strict compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy and the OAuth Limited Use Requirements<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

6. Compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use<\/strong><\/p>\n

The use of information obtained through Google APIs complies with the requirements of the Google API Services User Data Policy<\/strong>, including the restrictions of Limited Use<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In particular, REMBRR commits to:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Data obtained through Google APIs is used solely to provide functionalities that are visible and requested by the user within the platform
\u2022 Data is not used for personalized advertising or commercial profiling
The data is not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.
\u2022 data access is limited only to technical processes necessary for service operation<\/p>\n

The data obtained through Google APIs they are not used to train artificial intelligence models or for analyses independent of the service requested by the user<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

7. Storage and Protection<\/strong><\/p>\n

REMBRR implements multiple security mechanisms to protect information obtained through Google APIs.<\/p>\n

The data is protected by:<\/p>\n

encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3<\/strong>
\u2022 encrypted at rest using AES-256<\/strong>
\u2022 storage on secure servers located in United States<\/strong><\/p>\n

Additionally, extra security controls are implemented such as:<\/p>\n

RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)<\/strong>
\u2022 multifactor authentication (MFA)<\/strong>
\u2022 audit logs<\/strong>
\u2022 account data isolation<\/strong><\/p>\n

REMBRR does not export Google data to external analytics or advertising systems<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

8. Retention and Disposal<\/strong><\/p>\n

Data from Google integrations is retained only while the user keeps the connection active<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

When the user disconnects the integration or requests deletion:<\/p>\n

\u2022 OAuth tokens and associated information are revoked
\u2022 data is permanently deleted within a maximum of 30 days<\/strong><\/p>\n

Backup copies that may contain residual data are automatically deleted during the next maintenance cycle, which does not exceed 45 days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The user can verify the deletion by writing to:<\/p>\n

9. User Control<\/strong><\/p>\n

security controls follow frameworks NIST SP 800-53 and ISO\/IEC 27001<\/strong>
\u2022 all engineers with access to OAuth data receive privacy training<\/strong> and sign confidentiality agreements
\u2022 is maintained Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA)<\/strong> for Gmail, Drive, and Calendar scopes
\u2022 users are notified of any substantial changes at least 7 days before it comes into effect<\/strong><\/p>\n
