Rembrr uses smart notifications to help you remember your tasks, anticipate events, receive suggestions from the assistant, and stay motivated with small rewards (Quick Wins). You can enable or disable them according to your preferences to have a fully personalized experience.
Rembrr manages different types of notifications to adapt to your daily needs.
They are activated when:
You have a task that is about to expire
A task has already expired
You complete a task
You reschedule a task
Rembrr notifies you when:
An event of the day is approaching
There are important changes in your calendar
There is an upcoming event (2 hours before, 10 minutes before, etc.)
The assistant will send you intelligent suggestions based on your boards and habits:
“Would you like to group these similar tasks?”
“Today you could get something important done earlier.”
“You have completed several tasks in a row. Keep it up!”
Designed to improve retention and reinforce positive habits, inspired by Duolingo.
Examples:
“Excellent! You completed 3 tasks today.”
“You have spent 2 days organizing your day with Rembrr.”
“You finished all your pending tasks.”
They appear as small bubbles when you are using the app (in-app notifications):

Board updated
Suggestion available
Important alerts related to:
Security
Synchronization with Google Calendar
Connection errors
Important updates
They are banners without sound, ideal for suggestions, Quick Wins, or gentle reminders. They do not interrupt your flow.
Used only for:
Urgent task reminders
Upcoming events
Important system problems
They appear over buttons or at the bottom of the chat, as in your mockup.
Example:
“With this button you activate the camera.”
“You can search boards, chats, or anything you want.”
The “Alerts” icon in the navigation bar shows a number indicating how many pending notifications you have.

You can customize your experience according to what you want to receive.
Tap the three dots (…) icon in the upper left corner.
Here you will find all types of alerts organized by categories.
You can adjust:
Task reminders
Event alerts
AI suggestions
Motivational notifications (Quick Wins)
System notifications
If your device requires additional permissions, Rembrr will request them.
For a better experience:
Keep task and event notifications enabled
Enable Quick Wins if you want motivation and streaks
Use silent notifications if you prefer fewer interruptions
