In Rembrr your security is a priority. We use secure authentication with Google, encryption in all communications, and privacy best practices to ensure that your data, boards, files, and conversations remain protected. You decide what to share, which permissions to grant, and you can delete your data at any time.
Remember to use Google OAuth 2.0, the safest and most widely used standard by modern apps.
This means that:
We do not store passwords in Rembrr.
Google validates your identity directly.
You can sign in with one tap.
You can revoke Rembrr’s access from your Google account whenever you want.
All the information you store in Rembrr is handled privately:
Your boards
Tasks and events
Suggestions generated by AI
Attached files
Conversations within the app
Rembrr does not share your information with third parties, does not sell it, and does not use it for advertising purposes.
If you use the microphone or voice input:
The voice is processed only to convert it into text
We do not store your recordings
They are not used to train models without your authorization
They are not shared with unauthorized third parties
Rembrr uses encryption in all communications between your device and our servers:
HTTPS / TLS 1.2+
Encryption in transit to prevent unauthorized access
Protection against data interception
This is the current global security standard.
If you connect your calendar:
Synchronization is done only with your permission
You can revoke it from your Google account
Rembrr only accesses the data necessary to show your events
No event is modified without your authorization
Your information is yours. At any time you can:
Modify your personal data
Delete boards, tasks, or files
Request the complete deletion of your account
Revoke permissions granted to Rembrr
Download your information (if enabled in the future)
To protect your account:
The session is persistent but secure
You can log out from the menu
If you change your Google password, the session is automatically invalidated
Access from unauthorized devices is not allowed without identity verification
Rembrr may request the following permissions, always explaining their use:
Microphone:
To dictate tasks and voice commands.
Camera:
To capture images or scan documents.
Files / gallery:
To attach photos or documents.
Notifications:
For reminders, events, and suggestions.
All permissions are optional and you can enable or disable them whenever you want.
For greater security, we suggest:
Keep your device locked
Enable biometric authentication if your phone supports it
Avoid insecure public Wi-Fi networks
Keep your operating system updated
